About this site

My name is Vincent. This blog contains the concrete thoughts, opinions, and inspirations from a crazy computer programmer and avid video gamer. Thus, posts are more than likely in a random order...

UPDATE: Final Fantasy Versus XIII Not Actually Dead?
We reported before a rumor that Final Fantasy Versus XIII had gotten the axe, and Kotaku being its originator made it appear to lend some credence to the rumor, as it was the first thing anybody had heard about the game in months. (No, that’s not an exaggeration.)
Well, Operation Rainfall caught wind of this and heard something from one of the editors of RPGSite.net, Erren van Duine. According to the editor…

[The Kotaku rumor] goes against information I was told quite recently, which was that Nomura is hard at work on the game and something of it will be shown at TGS.

Given that the original source of the rumor was anonymous, perhaps this reveals that the project isn’t actually dead, but rather, has simply not made the progress we expected before.
The only way Square Enix is going to able to squash all of these rumors, however, is to actually show us something at Tokyo Game Show this year!
